Your order will be canceled if:

• ORDERS ARE PAID BY OTHER PAYMENT METHODS EXCEPT FOR PAYNOW (THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU AND THE ORDER WILL BE VOID)

Steps for ordering:

1. Customers place orders and make payments to you directly
2. You are logged in through your account to place orders for your customers
3. Change the SHIPPING address and details to your customers' instead. This is very important otherwise the parcels will reach your doorstep instead. Delivery charges apply for delivery re-attempt.
4. The BILLING address and details will be your address and details.
5. Complete the order. You will receive an order confirmation via email together with order No.
6. We only accept payment to 88293579 (FIVETYEIGHT).
7. Please put the ORDER NUMBER under Remark/Comment/Notes on your payment page.
8. Once you have successfully transferred, Whatsapp at 88293579/90263578 with the screenshot of the total amount stated on your order and the order number.
9. The delivery rates are as follows:-
   Beauty and Health - $6 (3-5 business days)
   Fresh Food Products - $12 (on the day requested)
   Eid Mubarak Orders - $12 (as scheduled)
   
10. Self Collection will be by appointment only.
