Why has my order been canceled?

We take up to 3 working days to process all orders.
Couriers collect the parcels from us on every Monday and Thursday. It will take about 2-7 working days depanding on shipping method you select during your checkout.
When will my PRE-ORDER item arrive?
Time range is stated on every product description page. We will ship out orders as soon as item arrives.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to Singapore address only.
For worldwide shipping, please write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your country and postal code for us to check on shipment rates. We will advise you accordingly.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered.

- Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) : $5
- Express Delivery (2-3 working days) : $10
- Bullet Delivery (1-2 working days) if order received before 12pm : $15
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. Where there isnt any tracking number given by our courier service, we will contact you personally to inform on the delivery progress.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and whatsapp our customer service team via +65 8829 3579 with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
