Delivery & Shipping

We aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. More importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can.

 

WHEN WILL YOU PROCESS MY ORDER?

We take up to 3 working days to process all orders.

Couriers collect the parcels from us on every Monday and Thursday.

 

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ITEM ARRIVE?

Time range is stated on every product description page. We will ship out orders as soon as item arrives.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPMENT METHOD?

We ship order via Courier Delivery. You will receive an email with tracking number. You will receive an update from our admin once item is out for delivery. 

 


HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

Delivery Fee will be calculated upon checkout. 

And you may choose from the selection provided to you. 

w.e.f. 20/05/2021, some of our delivery fee increased due to the increase fee on courier service provider. 

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY (SINGAPORE) ?

Yes, for orders above SG$ 100, delivery fee is waived.
Applicable for Beauty & Health product only.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO NON-RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS?

Due to restrictions and limitations, we apologize that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas in Singapore:

  • Jurong Island
  • Tuas Link
  • Changi Cargo
  • Country Clubs
  • Army Camps
  • Seletar Aerospace
  • Offshore Islands such as
    Pulau Ubin
  • Turf Club Avenue
  • Sentosa

 

  • Singapore Prison Quarter
  • Airbase and Airport sites
  • SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1
  • ST Kinetics
  • Hospital
  • School
  • Powergrid
  • Airport Boulevard, and all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport

 

If you work at the above locations, we strongly encourage you to set your shipping address to a location where our drivers can deliver to, such as your residential address.


DO YOU OFFER SELF-COLLECTION SERVICES?

Self collection can be done by Appointment only. You are required to book an appointment with our Admin

 

WHERE IS MY PARCEL? TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We deliver via outsourced and other courier service. 

Tracking number will be email once the order is scheduled for delivery. Outsource delivery doesn't have a tracking number but we will update you from time to time once courier man update us. 

 

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?

Yes. There will be a proof of delivery document for you, or the authorized/intended recipient to sign upon the delivery of the parcel.

*For some courier service, signing of package will not be available.

 

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time.

Orders, might be left outside your home or somewhere safe like Riser/Shoe rack. Proof of delivery and updates will be given. 

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

It would usually take place between 12pm-10pm , Mondays to Friday.

Tracking Number will be provided once the delivery is scheduled.

 

MY ITEMS HAVE YET TO ARRIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For Singapore Address:
Ensure the delivery address and phone number you provided at checkout was correct. If you have entered the wrong address, we will wait for SingPost/Courier service provider to return the mail (provided that the person whom it was wrongly delivered to was honest enough to return it) and you will need to bear the postage cost for re-delivery.

Normally, you should receive your item once you received tracking number or updates from us. Send us an email at sales@fivetyeight.com or give us a call at +65 8829 3579 with the Order ID so that we can check your delivery status. We will do a necessary check. If all else fails and you are positively sure your mail has been lost, please file a claim with Singapore Post/courier service provider.


Disclaimer:
We have no control over what happens to your mail during delivery. The tracking number provided by SingPost/Courier Service provider is proof that we have mailed out your orders, and we are not held responsible for lost mail, wrong address provided or wrong phone number given for tracking.

For other countries:
Lost mail for an overseas address is to liaise directly with our sales team.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us within the next 1hr and we’ll try to modify your order.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

For order submitted more than 6 hours, you are not allowed to cancel your order.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do.
